Refund Policy

1. Introduction

This Refund Policy ("Policy") governs the refund and cancellation procedures for payments made on the Nofeez Platform, operated by Flaplive FZ-LLC ("Nofeez," "we," "us," or "our"). This Policy applies to all users ("you" or "your") who purchase premium services or subscriptions through the Platform.

Nofeez operates on a zero-commission model for property listings. While basic features are free, users may purchase optional premium services, upgrades, or subscription plans to enhance their experience.

Important: All payments are considered final and non-refundable once successfully processed and services are rendered, except in specific circumstances outlined in this Policy.

2. General Refund Policy

At Nofeez, we strive to provide high-quality services and ensure customer satisfaction. However, due to the digital nature of our premium services, most transactions are non-refundable once processed and delivered.

2.1 Zero-Commission Model

Nofeez does not charge commissions on property transactions between owners and renters/buyers. All refund-related inquiries apply exclusively to optional premium services and subscription fees.

2.2 Currency and Pricing
  • All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise specified
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice
  • VAT and other applicable taxes are included in the displayed price (if applicable)
  • Payment gateway fees are borne by the user and are non-refundable

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are strictly non-refundable once purchased and activated:

  • Featured Listings: Property listings promoted with enhanced visibility (once activated)
  • Boosted Posts: Priority placement of property posts in search results
  • AI Photo Enhancement: Professional photo editing services (consumed immediately)
  • Subscription Plans: Monthly or annual subscription plans once billing period has commenced
  • Verification Services: Express verification or priority document review (once completed)
  • Premium Support: Access to priority customer support
No Refunds for Change of Mind: Refunds will not be granted simply because you changed your mind, found a better price elsewhere, or decided you no longer need the service after purchase.

4. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be granted only in the following exceptional circumstances, subject to verification and approval by Nofeez:

4.1 Duplicate or Erroneous Charges
  • Duplicate Payment: You were charged more than once for the same transaction due to a technical error
  • Unauthorized Charge: A payment was processed without your authorization (subject to investigation)
  • Incorrect Amount: You were charged an amount different from the displayed price at checkout
4.2 Service Delivery Failures
  • System Error: Payment was deducted but the service failed to activate due to a Platform malfunction
  • Failed Feature Delivery: A premium feature you purchased did not function as advertised due to technical issues
  • Service Unavailability: The service you paid for became unavailable immediately after purchase
4.3 Subscription Cancellation (Before Use)
  • If you purchase a subscription plan and request cancellation within 24 hours before activation, a full refund may be granted at our discretion
  • Once the subscription period has started and benefits have been accessed, no refunds will be issued
Eligibility Requirement: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the transaction date, along with valid proof of payment (transaction ID, receipt, or bank statement).

5. How to Request a Refund

5.1 Contact Customer Support

Send an email to tech@nofeez.com with the subject line "Refund Request - [Transaction ID]"

5.2 Provide Required Information

Your refund request must include:

  • Full name and registered email address
  • Transaction ID or payment reference number
  • Date and amount of the transaction
  • Service or feature purchased
  • Detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund
  • Supporting documents (screenshots, bank statements, error messages)
5.3 Review and Processing
  • Acknowledgment: You will receive an acknowledgment email within 2 business days
  • Investigation: Our team will investigate your claim
  • Decision: You will be notified within 7-14 business days
  • Processing: If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days

6. Subscription Cancellations

If you have an active subscription plan, you may cancel it at any time. However, refunds for subscription cancellations are subject to the following conditions:

6.1 Mid-Cycle Cancellations
  • If you cancel during the active billing period, you will retain access to premium features until the end of the current billing cycle
  • No partial refunds: You will not receive a pro-rated refund for the remaining unused days
  • Your subscription will not renew automatically after the current period expires
6.2 How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription:

  • Go to your account settings in the Nofeez app
  • Navigate to "Subscription & Billing"
  • Select "Cancel Subscription"
